課程概述 |
課程說明:
本課程是碩士班(M字頭)課程,目的在於培養學生具有社會政策的性別思考與性別政策的規劃能力,並且將會著重跨領域和跨國研究之討論和學習。
課程內容分為四大部分:
第一部分是婦女與性別政策的相關理論。此部份將探討性別理論與福利國家,同時也將探討自由主義與性別與社會政策的關係,以及社會權,相對於性別階層化和性別權力是否相對立?另外是探討攸關婦女與福利國家的性別角色和婦女人權的變遷。
第二部分是婦女與性別政策的相關政策領域。這部分將會包括性別與勞動政策或是勞動市場與社會政策,社會權與生殖選擇政策,以及自由主義和性別化政策。
第三部分是探討國家、市場與家庭三者的關係。此部分將探討歐洲婦女之工作,家庭以及社會政策,挪威和瑞典友善女性福利國家,接著是義大利的性別、禮物關係和福利國家文化,再其次是法國的婦女,工作與福利。
第四部分將是性別政策的實例討論。家庭政策與生育率的提升,性別平等與生育率等等。 |
課程目標 |
課程設計主要目標有三:
1.培養學生成為敏於婦女與性別政策的分析和規劃者:將協助學生認識性別政策議題的形成和規劃,以及政策資源配置的性別融入。
2.培養學生成為婦女與性別政策的檢視者:認識性別社會政策檢視的相關方法,以及國際性別政策形成過程和運作結果。
3.培養學生成為婦女與社會政策變遷的行動者:包括學習性別政策介入和模擬政策實務的參與,不只是有性別政策的知識,希望有性別政策的行動與實務運作的能力。 |

Every student is required to present summary of papers at least two times in a semester with a summary and comment of peer-reviewed articles. 2000-3000 words . First one might be theoretical paper. |

This is a course in master program which requring more discussion and interactive learning shown in the class. All students need to be more active and participative in the class. |

Final report is required as a center peice for performance evaluation. Studetns need to select a women issue and try to develop a policy-oriented paper. |
